2. Age Restriction & Tobacco Law

It is currently illegal in the United Kingdom to sell tobacco products to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order for tobacco products on this website, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and are legally entitled to purchase those products.

Under the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026, new generational tobacco restrictions will apply across the United Kingdom from 1 January 2027. From that date, it will be illegal to sell tobacco products, herbal smoking products or cigarette papers to anyone born on or after 1 January 2009, regardless of their age at the time of purchase.

Accordingly, from 1 January 2027, by placing an order for any affected product on this website, you confirm that you were born before 1 January 2009 and are legally permitted to purchase the product.

We operate an age and eligibility verification system and reserve the right to request satisfactory proof of age and/or date of birth at any stage of the purchasing process, including prior to dispatch or upon delivery. Where the required age or date-of-birth verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the order may be refused, cancelled and refunded.

We comply with the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 and all other applicable UK legislation governing the sale, supply and age verification of tobacco and related products. We will not knowingly sell or supply tobacco products to any person who is prohibited from purchasing them under UK law.

3. Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) & TRPR Compliance

All tobacco products sold by Bourbon Blackpool comply with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR), which implement the EU Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) as retained in UK law. This includes compliance with packaging, labelling, and health warning requirements.

4. Advertising Standards

We adhere to the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) as administered by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). We do not engage in advertising that promotes tobacco products to minors or in a manner that is misleading or irresponsible.

5. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use this site to purchase products for resale without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
