Ordering & Age Verification
Do I need to verify my age to buy?
Yes. All tobacco products are age-restricted in the UK. You must be 18 or over to purchase from us. We use an age verification system at checkout and may request proof of age upon delivery.
Can I order as a gift?
Absolutely. We offer gift boxes and starter packs — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions. Please note that the recipient must also be 18 or over.

What's the difference between Cuban and New World cigars?
Cuban cigars are grown and rolled in Cuba using traditional methods and are widely regarded as the benchmark for premium cigars. New World cigars are produced in countries such as Nicaragua, Honduras, and the Dominican Republic, and often offer excellent quality at a broader range of price points.
I'm new to cigars — where should I start?
We recommend browsing our Cigars under £15 collection or our Gift Boxes & Starter Packs. Milder, shorter cigars are a great entry point. Feel free to contact us for a personal recommendation.
What is the English Market Selection (EMS)?
EMS is a quality designation used for Cuban cigars specifically selected and approved for the UK market. These cigars meet strict standards and are considered among the finest available.
Storage & Humidity
How should I store my cigars?
Cigars should be stored at around 65–70% relative humidity and 16–18°C. A humidor is the best way to maintain these conditions. We stock a range of humidors and Boveda humidity packs to help.
How long can I store cigars?
Properly stored cigars can last for many years and often improve with age. The key is consistent humidity and temperature — avoid fluctuations.
My cigars arrived and feel dry — what do I do?
Place them in a humidor or a sealed container with a Boveda pack for 1–2 weeks to re-humidify them gradually. Do not rush the process. Contact us if you have concerns about the condition of your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK. Please contact us if you have a query about a specific location as dependant on the item we also ship to many international locations.
Whats the packaging like?
We package any cigar packages in unbranded boxes for your privacy, and all cigars are shipped in humidy pouches for ideal transportation.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. We normally use Royal Mails 24 hour service.
Is my order tracked?
Yes, all orders are sent with a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
How Much Is Delivery?
For UK orders its currently costs £3.29 for postage or free if you spend over £50.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we will resolve it promptly.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return cigars?
Due to the nature of tobacco products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used cigars. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.
