Shipping policy

We are a small business and always try to ship your item the same working day if ordered before 11:45am, UK orders are normally recieved within 2-3 working of ordering (2-3 working days).

Every single cigar is hand inspected prior to dispatch to ensure the cigar meets and exceeds the high English Market Selection standards.

An person aged over 18 must be present upon delivery. Our preferred courier is DPD however we reserve the right to use alternative couriers based on business needs. For small orders like Cigars we will often use Royal Mail as they offer a faster service and often are able to deliever through your letterbox.

Pick Up / Collection orders are normally ready within 1 hour of ordering and can be collected from our bar address of Bourbon Blackpool Bar, 419 Promenade, FY1 6BQ. Collection is always free of charge. 

To use Pick Up / Collection please order online and select collect at store.

International deliveries often incur import fees and additional taxes, we are unable to cover these or take any responsibility for tax, tariffs, duties or any additional charges imposed by your country or courier. Certain countries restrict the importation of certain products please check before ordering.
