Price Match Promise
We always aim to offer our customers great value. If you find the same product advertised at a lower price by an approved UK retailer, we will price match wherever reasonably possible.
To qualify for a price match:
- The competitor must be an approved and established UK retailer.
- The product must be identical, including the same model, specification, size, colour and condition where applicable.
- The competitor must have the item physically available from UK stock and currently in stock at the advertised price.
- The competitor's price must be publicly available and verifiable at the time the price match is requested.
- Any applicable delivery charges, compulsory fees or other costs may be taken into account when comparing prices.
Below-Cost Pricing
While we will always do our best to match a genuine competitor's price, we are unable to price match where doing so would require us to sell the product below our cost price.
In these circumstances, we will offer the best price available to us wherever possible.
Exclusions
Our Price Match Promise may not apply to clearance, liquidation, closing-down sales, auction or marketplace listings, pricing errors, used or refurbished products, private sellers, membership-only prices, voucher codes, limited-time promotional offers or other exceptional discounts.
All price match requests are subject to verification and approval.
