Where do we deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and select international countries. If you have a query about a specific location, please get in touch.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as Christmas. We use Royal Mail 24 hour service for most orders. International orders can take 7-14 working days, this depends on your country and its customs requirement. Please note international customers are responsible for all custom duties/vat. 

Tracked delivery

All orders are sent via a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its progress.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

What if I'm not in when my order arrives?

Our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Please note that as tobacco products are age-restricted, a signature may be required upon delivery and or ID for proof of age.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return cigars?

Due to the nature of tobacco products, we are unable to accept returns on cigars or other tobacco items once they have been opened or removed from their packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we will resolve it as quickly as possible — either with a replacement or a full refund.

Accessories & non-tobacco items

Unused accessories (such as humidors, cutters, and lighters) may be returned within 90 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Please contact us before sending any items back. You can call us on 01253 342308 (option 3) for support.

Refunds

Once a return has been approved and received, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
