Tasting Notes
The Armagnac cask finish lends this rye an unexpected European elegance — expect rich dried fruit, plum, and candied fig layered over a powerful rye backbone of cracked pepper, fresh dill, and toasted grain. The cask integration adds warmth and depth that belies the blend's youth. At cask strength, the nose is bold and aromatic; add a few drops of water to open up notes of beeswax, vanilla, and stone fruit.
